Life Coaching
One-on-one coaching
sessions that give you personalized support around your life and
issues. My clients report that in our sessions they feel like
they are heard and supported like in few other relationships. The focus
in our sessions is solely about helping you get clear about your core values, what
you want to achieve, and how to implement various strategies for
success. As your coach I hold you accountable for the
achievement you define for yourself and keep you on track as you go
through the process of self-discovery. You will learn how to
take action from your own inner knowing and strengthened self
awareness. We truly create a partnership that revolves around
you bringing in more satisfaction with your life on all levels.
Coaching sessions are
usually done once a week, in person or over the phone, and last about an hour. I am open to customize this service in any way that
will further your goals and growth. This includes creating a
schedule of sessions that works for you and the option of working with
couples or groups.
Coaching fees:
$65 per session. I request that my clients pay for 4
sessions, $260, in advance. I am flexible to work out the frequency of
sessions and duration of our working together; emphasis is on action
and results. Group rates will be calculated based on the
number of individuals involved and the location of services provided.
Yoga
Instruction
I am a certified yoga
instructor teaching since 1998 and am also proud to have
completed sufficient training to be registered as "Anusara
Inspired." I currently am working to complete my second
certification as a full Anusara teacher. I teach independent yoga
classes, in health clubs, and to private students in the Seattle area.
Anusara is
a heartfelt style that emphasizes the expression of
the goodness in all things while implementing precise alignment. The name translates as "flowing with grace" and
my teaching reflects that as we move through the poses using the body to connect with the deeper layers of our being. I
believe that there is a spark of the Divine in all things
and each individual has the potential to recognize that spark and
guide their life by its knowledge. My instruction centers around self-awareness
and compassionately working within your personal range and condition.

fee. Classes held in north Seattle at the
Phinney Neighborhood Center
at 6532 Phinney Ave. N., room #5 in the blue building.
Yoga mats and blocks provided; feel free to bring your own equipment
if you have it.

Yoga Instruction
I work individually with students who want the personalized
instruction of one-on-one classes.
These private classes are
especially helpful for someone who doesn't want to work in the
classroom
setting or requires specific guidance relative to their unique health
needs,
schedule limitations, or level of practice.
Fees: Private sessions
are $45 each for an hour, or $400 for a series of 10 sessions.
Sessions are taught out of my home, 9537 1st Ave. NW, Seattle.
Special arrangements can be made
for group sessions either at my location or
elsewhere. Let me know your interests and we can work out a
mutually acceptable fee. Feel

Personalized Ritual and Ceremony
I can help you form the
wedding ceremony, right of passage or completion, or any significant
expression of your heart or commitment you desire. I am open to
customize to your specific request. As a certified
minister-at-large I can perform marriages and other formal ceremonies
you may desire.
